IBTIT: Tennessee Vols at Alabama Crimson Tide Baseball Series Preview (3/15-17/24)
It's Baseball Time in Tennessee: After a fairly dominant non-conference portion of the schedule, the #5 Vols hit the road to start SEC play against #14 Alabama, who has also looked strong in the early portion of the season.
Tennessee trails the all-time series between these teams 44-78, including just 18 wins against 46 losses in Tuscaloosa. However, under Tony Vitello the Vols are 8-3 against Alabama and have won all three series they've played against the Tide.
Preview Graphic: (consider this V1.0, changes coming for the next one)

Apologies for the lack of a full write-up here, but a few bullet points:
3B Gage Miller is easily Alabama's biggest threat at the plate, leading the Tide in most offensive categories
Ole Miss transfer OF TJ McCants is also dangerous, with 6 HR, 6 steals, and 23 RBI
LHP Alton Davis II was a preseason All-SEC pick and has three saves already on the season
